1. Socks, ties and cummerbund and bowtie sets: Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
2. Vests are custom made. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. However, if a vest style is in stock, we will notify you and ship it to you immediately. Price for vest sizes is listed on the vest style on line.
S = 38, M = 40, L = 42, XL = 44, 2X = 46, and 4X = 48.
3. Magnifiers: Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
4. Dog clothing and accessories: Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Shipping is based on zip code and is shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
Shipping charges are as follows:
1. First pound charge is approximately $10.00. Add $2.00 for each additional pound.
2. Add $2.00 if shipping to a residential area.
3. There may be additional charges for out of area deliveries.
4. Please provide street address for deliveries. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
5. Insurance will be added for all UPS orders above $100.00.
FedEx is also available upon special request.
Priority Air Mail is provided for APO, Alaska and Hawiian shipments, as well as PO Box addresses.
International Priority Air will be provided for out of the country shipments through the U.S. Postal Service. Insurance will be added to these shipments

Order Cancellation Policies
Orders will be canceled if bank denies credit card and customer is unwilling to correspond or provide sufficient funds. We will advise if there is a problem with your credit card or shipping instructions.
Return Policies
Hollyvogue policy:
1. No claims will be allowed or considered after one week (5 business days) from receipt of goods.
2. No merchandise accepted for credit or exchange unless authorized by JMI and assigned a return authorization number.
3. Restocking charge of 20% for each returned item.
4. Customer is responsible for return freight
5. Customer is responsible for original shipping charge on product shipped to customer from JMI.
6. Upon receipt of returned item we will credit the customer's account less the restocking charge and freight charges. *PLEASE NOTE: RETURNED ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS WHEN SENT TO THE CUSTOMER.*
